Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Access to all SQL lessons and practice environment
• 5 LeyBot AI tutor prompts per month
• Progress tracking
• No payment required

Pro Plans

• Pro Monthly: $5/month, billed monthly
• Pro Annual: $50/year, billed annually
• Unlimited LeyBot AI tutor access
• All Free plan features
• Priority support

Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or viruses

Intellectual Property

All content on TaleyLearn (lessons, code, text, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

Your Content

You retain ownership of SQL queries and code you write. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content to:

AI-Generated Content

LeyBot uses AI to provide SQL tutoring. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Responses are for educational purposes only

• We are not liable for decisions based on AI responses

Educational Use Only

TaleyLearn is designed for educational purposes. SQL code and examples provided through our Service:

Termination
